Los Subtitulos comes from the racially confused land of Phoenix, AZ. Ernesto Moncada, Arturo Ruiz, and Xchel Hernandez combine to make a novella intended for both English and Spanish speakers. Los Subtitulos are always prepared to push boundaries, and create new limits in race relations. “Nuestro objetivo es satisfacer malignamente”.
